These terms are an agreement between you and ISKEL TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India under CIN U62011UW2026PTC257890 ("iSKEL", "we", "us"). They govern your use of iskeltechsolutions.com and, where they apply, our products and services.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You may read, browse and share this site freely. You may not:

• Use it unlawfully, or to break someone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of it, or any system connected to it, that you are not authorised to reach.
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Scrape or harvest it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use automated systems to extract material for a competing offering.
• Copy our text, design or code and present it as your own.

We may suspend access for anyone doing these things, without notice where the circumstances warrant it.

Accounts

Some areas require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. Give accurate registration details and keep them current — we may suspend an account whose details we cannot rely on.

Enquiries and demonstrations

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve capacity or oblige either of us to proceed. Anything we say about scope, price or timing before a written proposal is indicative. A binding commitment arises only when both of us sign one.

Intellectual property

This site, its design, text, graphics and code are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The iSKEL name and logo are our marks; please do not use them without our written permission.

Our products are built on the Frappe framework and ERPNext, which are open-source software distributed under their own licences. Those licences govern that software and are unaffected by these terms. Nothing here claims ownership of anyone else's open-source work.

Third-party material and links

We link to other sites where it is useful. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Follow a link at your own discretion.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages both happen.

Service levels for a paid product are set out in the agreement covering that product, not here.

Accuracy of what you read here

We take care to describe our products and capabilities accurately, and we do not publish invented client references, testimonials or metrics. Even so, this site is marketing and general information, not advice for your particular situation, and product capabilities change over time. Do not make a purchasing decision on the strength of a web page alone — ask us, and we will confirm in writing.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and so far as the law allows: we provide this website "as is"; we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising out of your use of this website.

Our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to ₹10,000. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's own agreement, which will state its own cap.

Indemnity

If your misuse of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and legal costs we incur as a result.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains what we store on your device. Both form part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Where a change is material we will make it more visible than a date. Terms already agreed in a signed contract are not changed by an edit to this page.

Ending access

We may end or suspend your access to this website at any time if you breach these terms. Clauses that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — do survive.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Varanasi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, except that either of us may seek urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or about your use of this site may be sent to contact@iskeltechsolutions.com. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
